LEADERS, REMEMBER THE LITTLE THINGS…
At some time in "all" our lives we have taken for granted the Ground upon which our feet stand and is supported by.
As you go about your lives today remember this Truth that the Earth is made up of various sizes and shapes of rocks and soil that nurtures our echo system. And without it Life could NOT be sustained. If you Understand this Wisdom then you'll understand it applies to your role as a Leader in the home, work place, and places of community gatherings.
Those of you that are in Leadership positions remember to be "RESPECTFUL" of your subordinates and UNDERSTAND without them you would be Nothing. It is your subordinates that makes you Great and Successful to Rule.
