(2 Sam. 3:11-12 / 2 Sam. 21:1-14) - Rizpah, in a sense, represents every mother who has grieved over the loss of a child; every mother who has determined that her child’s memory will be honored despite what that child might have done. Rispah represents every mother whose child life was taken. Whether they will killed was killed in a drive by shooting,

By the hands of a over zealous or overly careless police office;Taken out by a DWI, or simply an unfortunate car accident.

Even if your childs name was plastered over television, and social media as a thug, when the truth was simply… he was just a kid.

Rizpah… Is Trevon Martin’s Mother, Mother, Walter Scott’s mother, Tamir Rice’s Mother, Freddie Gray’s mother.

Rizpah could do nothing to save them, but she was determined to do what little she could to save them from the ultimate disgrace
